How We Scope a Whole Home Remodel

Every remodel starts with a walkthrough. You show us what you want. We tell you what is possible and flag anything structural or mechanical that has to happen before the fun parts. You get a written scope broken down by phase so you can see exactly what you are paying for and when.

Living in the House During Construction

Most of our clients stay in their homes during remodels. We stage work by area, seal off construction zones with plastic and zip walls, and keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen functional at all times. We clean up daily.
