No job is too big or too small. We do single room flooring installs and we do full whole home rebuilds. Same crew, same standards.
Most residential projects start within 2 to 4 weeks of an approved estimate. Emergency repairs (roof leaks, storm damage, active water intrusion) get moved to the front of the schedule.
It depends on scope. Rough guidelines: kitchen remodel 4 to 8 weeks, bathroom 2 to 4 weeks, full re roof 1 to 3 days, whole home flooring 3 to 7 days, deck build 3 to 10 days, siding 1 to 2 weeks.
Yes. When a project requires a permit in Spokane County, City of Spokane, City of Spokane Valley, or Post Falls and Kootenai County, we pull it and coordinate the inspection.

No. Core work like framing, drywall, tile, trim, and finish is done by our in house crew. Trade specialty work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is done by licensed local partners we have used for years.
Yes. Materials carry the manufacturer warranty and our workmanship is warrantied against defects for at least a year on all remodels, longer on structural systems.
For most projects, a deposit to hold your slot, then progress draws at defined milestones (rough in, drywall, finish). Never all up front.
General liability and workers compensation on every crew member on every site. Certificates available on request before work starts.
Yes. For storm, wind, fire, and water damage, we document the scope with photos and a written estimate you can submit to your adjuster.
