Bathroom Remodels Built to Handle Water
Bathrooms fail when they are built for looks and not for water. A shower has to move water off tile, through grout, past a pan liner, into a drain, and out of the house. Every day, for decades. EverNorth builds bathrooms like they are going to get wet, because they are. We serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Post Falls.
What Is Included
- Tile showers with Kerdi and Schluter waterproofing to the ceiling
- Custom or off the shelf vanities with quartz or marble tops
- Deep soakers, freestanding tubs, and whirlpool tubs
- New plumbing, drain relocations, and proper exhaust venting
Why Tile Showers Usually Leak
Nine out of ten leaking tile showers come down to one thing. The shower was not waterproofed before the tile went on. Cement board is not waterproof. Green board is not waterproof. Tile and grout are not waterproof. What is waterproof is a membrane system installed underneath.
Ventilation Matters More Than the Finish
A bathroom without good ventilation grows mold. Every EverNorth bathroom remodel gets a properly sized exhaust fan vented directly to the outside of the house, not into the attic, which is a code violation and a mold factory.
Common Questions About Bathrooms
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Full remodel is typically 2 to 4 weeks. Simpler refreshes (paint, vanity swap, mirror, fixtures) can be done in a week.
Can you build a curbless walk in shower?
Yes. Great for accessibility and looks. Requires floor prep and a linear drain but we do a lot of them.
